Do you want to make a difference in our planet? Have you thought about ways you can help Rancho Cucamonga become a greener, healthier community?
Well you can! Simply by recycling you can make a big impact in the future health of the planet. Did you know that if you recycle just one soda can it can save enough energy to power your T.V. for three hours!
Everyone can recycle. Kids too! You can recycle household items such as egg cartons, cereal boxes, wrapping paper, milk and juice cartons, and newspapers.

About the Campaign
The Recycling Awareness Campaign is an Eagle Service Project by Life Scout Justin Leal of Troop 641. This is an education campaign to bring awareness to the importance of recycling as part of being green and the Healthy RC program. The project was successful and Justin Leal earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the fall of 2011. Join us on Facebook.
