Bluesilver Video is owned and operated by Ruth Leal. She has over thirty years experience winning awards both locally and nationally. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Communications – TV/Film. Prior to creating her own company, she has worked for local cable companies producing programming, parades, performing arts shows, political forms, documentaries, commercials, and more. She has experience creating promotional and informational videos for education, marketing, and social media.
